以病人為首的癌症個案管理-整合資訊系統

Construction of Patient-centered Cancer Case Management Consolidation System

癌症目前是國內十大死因之首，所以癌症造成人民生命和社會均有莫大影響，而「預防」是癌症防治釜底抽薪的根本之道；若不幸罹癌，有效的治療，將也是延長生命之不二法門。本文以財團法人嘉義基督教醫院為例，介紹「以病人為首的癌症個案管理-整合資訊系統」在臨床上之運用，探討系統之完整架構，整合子功能間的關聯性，以達到資訊共享、完整、正確、即時及分析，進而帶給患者「個別化」之治療效益。

Cancer is currently the head of the domestic leading cause of death, it has a great impact on people's lives and communities, and prevention is a fundamental way to the cancer treatment; effective treatment will be the only way to extend the life. This paper demonstrates an example in Chiayi Christian Hospital, introducing the utilization of a patient-centered cancer cases management consolidation system in clinical practice, and give a study on the system integrity and integration features of the relevant subsystem to achieve information shared , completeness, accuracy, real-time and analysis , which will bring patient the effectiveness of ' individualized 'treatment.
