社區村里、鄰長登革熱防治行為及其相關因素研究——以苗栗縣竹南鎮為例

Dengue fever prevention behavior and related factors for the heads of communities & neighborhoods of community-a case study of Zhunan Township in Miaoli County

本研究主要目的為瞭解里鄰長登革熱防治行為的現況，探討里鄰長登革熱防治行為與各變項之相關。以苗栗縣政府民政處之竹南鎮第十九屆村里長名冊為母群體，採隨機抽樣抽得10個里別，有效樣本247人。資料經分析後，結果如下：一、研究對象登革熱知識各與登革熱防治健康信念、自我效能及防治行為未達顯著相關。二、登革熱防治健康信念與登革熱防治自我效能的關係呈現負相關；登革熱防治自我效能與登革熱防治行為呈現正相關。三、登革熱防治外在線索分析結果，「報紙、雜誌」、「電台」與登革熱防治行為達顯著差異。當接收到報紙雜誌、電台的廣播訊息越多，其登革熱防治行為越好。四、行動線索的「登革熱資訊媒體來源-報紙雜誌」、「登革熱資訊媒體來源－電台」、「登革熱防治自我效能」對登革熱防治行為的總解釋變異量共為40.1%；其中以「登革熱防治自我效能」的影響力最大。

The purpose of this study was to understand the preventive behaviors of dengue fever and the related factors for heads of communities & neighborhoods of Zhunan Township. These samples include 247 heads of communities and neighborhoods at Zhunan Township in Miaoli County, Taiwan. Using a random sampling method, heads of communities and neighborhoods completed questionnaires including demographics, the preventive behaviors of dengue fever, health beliefs, and self-efficiency in preventing dengue fever. The main results were as follows: The objects showed no significant correlations among knowledge, the health beliefs in prevention, self-efficiency, and the preventive behaviors of dengue fever. The objects’ health beliefs were shown to have significant negative correlation with their self-efficiency, but the self- efficiency had significantly positive orrelation with preventive behaviors. Heads of communities & neighborhoods were the best preventive behaviors than those expressed by external acting cues from newspapers, magazines and radio stations. External acting cues from newspapers, magazines and radio stations on dengue fever, and self-efficiency were able to explain 40.1% towards the preventive behaviors of dengue fever. Among these factors, the self efficiency of preventing dengue fever had the most impact to predicting the preventive behaviors of dengue fever.
