某醫院員工睡眠品質及其影響因素之探討

The study of hospital staff sleep quality and the influencing factors

在探討某醫院員工睡眠品質現況及其影響因素，以作為日後健康促進醫院推動及其相關研究之參考。本研究採橫斷性研究設計，立意取樣新北市中某一區域醫院所有員工為研究樣本進行結構式問卷普查，樣本回收率達89.2%。本研究重要研究結果為（1）本研究整體PSQI量表得分平均值為9.12分，標準差2.94分，睡眠不足者佔97.2%。（2）影響睡眠品質的重要因素為「自覺目前健康情形」、「工作環境滿意度」、「工作壓力」、「近六個月上大夜班」，其中以「自覺目前健康情形」為主要影響因素。

The purpose of this study is to explore the hospital staff sleep quality and its influencing factors. The study results can help to advance health promotion hospital. This study used cross-sectional study design and purposive sampling to sample a regional hospital in New Taipei city, All employees of this hospital conducted a structure questionnaire in the survey. The retrieval rate was 89.2%. The key findings of this study are (1) The average score of PSQI global scale was 9.12. standard deviation was 2.94. 97.2% of the staffs complained on insufficient sleep. (2) The influencing factors for sleep quality were the current health situation, job environment satisfaction, nearly six months rotating nighttime. Our findings indicated that sleep quality among hospital staffs was poor. The present health status was most significantly associated with sleep quality.
