古代以「節氣法」來劃分季節,即立春、立夏、立秋、立冬作為四季的開始,它與農業有密切關係;現代氣象學則訂定,在攝氏10~22度間就是春季或秋季。中醫認為,人體的生理活動要與自然環境的變化相適應,秋季養生要順應秋季變涼的特點,應注重一個「和」字,秋天要早睡早起,要精神安寧,要神氣收斂,體虛者秋冬進補十分必要。探討秋季養生作者分以下數項:精神、起居、穿衣、飲食、運動、疾病等,秋季是處於「陽消陰長」的過渡階段,養生重點是防涼防燥,總結古人經驗:智者養生,必順四時而適寒暑。
英文摘要
Based on the 24 solar terms (seasonal division points) in Chinese lunar calendar, the Beginning of Spring, Beginning of Summer, Beginning of Autumn and Beginning of Winter mark the start of four seasons. They have great influence on China's farming. According to the theory of modern meteorology, it is spring or fall when the temperature is 10~XX degrees Celsius. In the opinion of traditional Chinese medicine, the physiological activities of body should meet the changes of natural environment. Health care in fall should adapt to the feature of getting cold in fall and focus on 'harmonization'. Sleep early, wake up early and stay calm and peaceful in order to have balanced emotion. It's important for the weak people to nourish with food supplements. The author tried to discuss the health care in fall depending on spirit, work-rest, dressing, diet, sports and illness. Fall is the transitional phase of 'yang waning and yin waxing'. The key point of health care is to prevent cold-dry. According to the experience of the ancients, the best way of health care is to adapt oneself to the weather changes in different seasons.
