產後痔瘡是新產婦人常見問題，不論內痔、外痔或混合痔，從中醫觀點看來，瘀滯為其根本病因，治療上應該以祛瘀為本。目前治療方式則分為內治、針刺和外治，內治法分為疏風涼血消瘀、清熱利濕散瘀、滋陰潤燥行瘀、益氣活血祛瘀、行氣散滯化瘀等五大治則；針刺法主要選擇膀胱經和大腸經穴位；外治法則有蛇床子散薰洗、溫水坐浴和藥物敷貼等方式，在治療上都有不錯的療效。

The postpartum hemorrhoids are common problems the postpartum women. No matter internal piles, external piles or mixing piles, the silt is the basic cause of these diseases from the viewpoint of Chinese medicine. It should be treated by dispelling the silt. At present, the treatment way is divided into internal treatment, acupuncture and external treatment. The internal treatment uses 5 therapy rules such as cooling blood to remove the silt, clearing heat to disperse the silt, nourishing yin to drive the silt, invigorating blood to dispel the silt, and providing qi to dissolve the silt. The acupuncture selects the points of Bladder Jing and Intestine Jing mainly. The external treatment includes Saechunjih San Smoking, warm water sitting bath and medicine compress etc. All of them have good curative effect of treatment.
