國家力推的法治體系建設離不開立法統合，統合立法與分散立法存在相容性。從法制變遷、功能實現和學術積累的維度看，經濟法的立法統合有其必要性。基於立法形式、立法內容和立法時機方面的不同取捨，經濟法的統合立法具有多種可能性。把握上述必要性和可能性需要歷史素養和系統眼光，只有通過立法統合不斷提升經濟法的立法質量，才能為整體的經濟法治提供有力保障。

The construction of rule-of-law system, being vigorously pushed by the state, cannot be realized without the integration of legislation. Meanwhile, integrated legislation is compatible with scattered legislation. From the perspectives of legal evolution, functional realization and academic accumulation, it is necessary to integrate economic legislation. Owing to different choices of legislative forms, legislative contents and legislative time, the legislative integration of economic law can be carried out in different ways. At the same time, historical attainments and systematic insights are needed in order to fiilly understand the above-mentioned necessity and possibility. Only through the legislative integration of economic law, can the legislative quality of economic law be improved. And as a result, the overall nonocracy of economic law will be powerfully safeguarded.
