眾望所歸：美國《商業秘密保護法》正式生效

當今經濟發展環境下，商業秘密作為知識產權的一種重要形式，對於企業獲得市場競爭力越發重要。隨著科技水準的快速發展，尤其是互聯網的頻繁使用，商業秘密的監控與保護變得日益困難。因此，美國、歐盟等地區試圖通過專門立法加強對於商業秘密持有者及其經濟利益的保護。2016年5月11日，美國總統奧巴馬簽署《商業秘密保護法》（2016），該法正式生效，本法體現出眾多工業聯盟維護自身利益的考量以及美國國會對於經濟發展與合法商業利益的重視。

With the rapid advancement of technology, in particular the frequent use of the Internet, it is increasingly difficult to monitor and protect trade secrets. As a result, the U.S. and the Europe are trying to enforce protect on trade secret holders and their economic interests through specific law and regulation. May list in 2016, the U.S. president Obama sighed DEFEND TRADE SECRETS Act of 2016, and this law goes in effect formally. This law reflects lots of industry confederations' concerns about their own interests and emphasis on economic development and lawful business interest from the U.S. congress.
