國內外關於學術不當行為的界定雖在表述上有所差異，但本質上並無大分歧。然而，對於學術不當行為的規制，我國在立法、機構設置、處罰方式與力度等方面與發達國家有較大的差異。面對近年來我國愈演愈烈的學術不當行為，中國的學術界正在被猖獗的學術不當行為所侵蝕；通過國內外規制學術不當行為的經驗的比較分析和借鑒，對完善我國規制學術不當行為提出了相關的建議。

However, In terms of the regulation of academic misconduct, there are great differences in the aspects of legislation, organization setting, punishment mode and so onbetween the developed countries and our country. In recent years, academic misconduct in our country is being more and more serious, China's academic community is being eroded by rampant academic misconduct. Making the comparative analysis and reference has become an important issue that must be solved at present in the field of prevention and control of academic misconduct.
