With the rapid development of education informatization, the construction of resources and infrastructure in higher education informatization has begun to take shape. Higher education informationization has gradually being from construction stage to application stage. The evaluatation of the ICT application in higher education is an important way to understand the application status of information technology in college and university, and an important method to promote the development of education informationization in college and university. Targeted evaluation model of ICT application plays an important role to the in-depth evaluatation and the development of informatization application in college and university. At present most researches on higher education informatization evaluation models mainly stood on the point of view of the overall development of college and university informatization, while the study on systematic evaluation model which is specifically for the ICT application is very few. From the perspective of informationization application, considering the development situation of ICT in higher education, this study analyzed the application process of ICT in college and university systematically, and comprehensively used literature metrology, the explanation structure model method and expert investigation method to construct a core evaluation model of ICT in higher education. Based on the model, the study carried out a practice on the evaluation of ICT application in a university in order to offer reference for subsequent research. |
