Trans-pacific Parternship Agrement is high-profile in the wave of the development of the regional free tade agreements, the intellectual property enforcement of which continued the strong protection rules of Anti Counterfeiting Trade Agreement. Compared with Agreement on Trade Realated Intellectrual Property Rights, it has higher standards in term of civil enforcement measures, border enforcement measures, more detailed and stringent measures than China did in this respect. And it not only changes the international system of intellectual property protection, but also undermines the interests of developing countries in many ways. Of course, the Agreement also encountered resistence in the process of development. As for China, we should seize the favourable opportunity when the system of it is still developing and the relevant measures are not mature to estblish mechanisms and strategies, writing chinese rule in order to protect our interests abroad. |
