登革熱中醫辨證論治探討

Discussion on Treating Dengue Fever by Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation

2015年台灣登革熱病例突破4萬人，死亡病例達214人，已大幅超越1987年以來歷年的病例數，統計顯示近二年有大為盛行的趨勢。病例症狀以典型登革熱為主，少數登革出血熱致死率可高達5～15%，可說是威脅國人健康重大的疾病。本文將依循中醫辨證論治的核心精神，在登革熱不同的病症及病程中，以中醫特有的病因病機分析方式，建立完整的辨證論治體系，發展各階段個人化治療方式，期能提供中醫師臨床參考，協助政府登革熱疫情的改善。

The case number of dengue fever this year in Taiwan has broken through 40,000, including 214 death reports, which has greatly exceeded the number since 1987, and the statistics shows there is a trend of the larger prevalence in the past two year. The common cases are the type of typical dengue fever, but the fatal rate can be as high as 5 to 15% in the rare cases of hemorrhagic dengue fever. Therefore, this disease can be taken as a big threat to people's health. The western medicine is often taking strategies of symptom treatment or maintenance treatment, without advanced effect. In this article, it shows the core value of traditional Chinese medicine in developing individual treatments to different stages of dengue fever by distinct pathogeny and pathology analysis combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. We hope that we can take the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in order to contribute to the epidemic prevention.
