The purpose of this study were to explore the learning outcome by using different programs on pediatric basic lift support and their influencing factor. A quasiexperimental research design was employed in this study. A structured questionnaire and observational checklist were used to collect the data. The sample were 162 fourthyear nursing college students who were taking enrolled for the children emergency and critical care nursing subject. The results showed that (1) 10% of the testees could accurate performing all items in both group. (2) there was no significant statistically difference for different programs. (3) factors influencing the learning outcome toward pediatric basic life support were learning motivation, learning interest, academic score, and the length of the practice. The results will provide information for instructor and for the curriculum committees in order to promote better learning outcome. |
