This study purpose was to explore the difference of the works values in disparity generation nursing staffs. The author search 27 papers from 983 literatures and analysis it. The finding as follow: the influence factors of the works value are age, marriage, education, years pro, position and worksite. Different generation nursing staffs have different thinking and make different results. The new generation workers don’t invest in their works much but prize their interests, achievements, development, sociality, health and recreation. They put more emphasis on the future and the material reward. But the non-new generation workers prefer the organization’s security, the economic orientation and the collective interest. The nursing industry are facing a changing time. With the changes of society, economy, environment and other factors, not only the concepts in daily life, but also cognitions of the working values are different from generations. The result will apply to clinic, while the nurse’s manager to understand of the nursing staff works values and design training program to promote quality of nursing. |
