Dieulafoy’s lesion associated with Maltoma in jejunum: A case report

Dieulafoy’s 潰瘍是少見而重要的腸胃道出血原因。診斷有賴於臨床醫師的警覺。疾病發生原因目前並未確定。在此我們報告一個不明原因出血病人，經由開刀與病理檢查意外發現是合併黏膜淋巴癌 和 Dieulafoy’s 潰瘍。這是我們目前在文獻報告中第一個發現合併兩種病灶於空腸的病例。在此我們做簡短的文獻回顧，討論有關的診斷與治療，同時提醒臨床醫師對此種類似病例的認知。

Dieulafoy’s lesion was a rare but important cause of gastrointestinal bleeding. It was diagnosed mostly by more clinical awareness. The etiopathology is still not very clear. Here we presented a case of massive gastrointestinal bleeding with unknown cause. Under surgical intervention, circumferential mass encircled the jejunum with bleeding point was seen. The pathological diagnosis was malignant lymphoma of MALT type with Dieulafoy’s lesion. To our best knowledge, it was the first case reported. We reviewed the literature and discussed the diagnosis and treatment of the complicated circumstances. In addition, our case reminded physicians to bear in mind that it was possible that this entity would be concurrent with other gastrointestinal malignancy.
