Study of Safety Devices Redesign on Garbage Trucks for Collectors

本篇的主要目的在針對目前環境清潔車作業勞工作業時的不安全因素予以改善，從問卷調查和現場訪查中發現，目前清潔車最需改善的部分，便是清潔車的腳踏板及扶手兩方面，因此本研究設計了可伸縮式腳踏板來改善清潔人員站立空間，並且不會妨礙到清潔車原有的功能，另外增加了活動扶手裝置來改善清潔人員手部攀扶的安全性。從力學分析和實驗模擬的結果皆可明確的看到，清潔人員在改善後的安全性確實較改善前增加許多。

The purpose of this research is to study and redesign the safety devices on garbage trucks for collectors. From the previous research results, we know that the main reasons for the collectors to fall down are the size of riding step and holding grab design. So, the riding step and holding grab need to be redesigned immediately. In this research, we make an improved design to avoid the collectors falling down from the garbage truck. In addition to, using the dynamic analysis and experimental simulation to prove that the device of redesign is more safety than that of old design.
