休閒阻礙與環境行為對於新住民休閒行為之影響研究

Study on the Influence of Leisure Constraint and Environment Behavior on the Leisure Behavior of New Immigrants

近年來，由於台灣新住民人口快速成長，在人口結構中逐漸佔有重要的地位，是 故新住民的休閒活動行為成為重要的議題。新住民在一個新的環境下，面對環境的表 現行為，以及在休閒參與過程中，所遭遇到的休閒阻礙，對於其休閒行為的影響是本 研究主要的目的。本研究以高雄市新住民樣本為研究對象，回收466 份有效問卷。研 究結果顯示，新住民的休閒動機對於休閒參與，以及休閒參與對於休閒效益，均具有 正向顯著影響；休閒阻礙對於休閒動機、休閒參與與休閒效益之間，具有負向顯著干 擾效果，環境行為則對於休閒動機、休閒參與與休閒效益之間無顯著干擾效果。最後， 本研究提出管理意涵與未來研究方向，給予學術界與實務界參考建議。

In recent years， due to their rapid growth， new residents in Taiwan (i.e. foreigners who immigrated to Taiwan) gradually occupy an important position in the Taiwanese population structure. Hence， their leisure activities become an important issue of concern. This study was designated to explore the influence of their expression behavior in their new environment and the leisure constraints on their leisure activity behaviors. This study regarded the new residents in Kaohsiung as its subjects， and collected 466 valid questionnaires. The results show that their leisure constraints have a negative and significant influence on their leisure motivation， leisure participation， and leisure benefit. Their environment behavior has no significant influence on their leisure motivation， leisure participation， or leisure benefit. Finally， this study proposed the significance of management， future research directions， and suggestions to academic and practical circles.
