吊籠作業中安全穩固裝置吸盤式設計

The New Design of the Stabilization Device for Gondola

本研究主要目的是，研發新式安全穩固裝置，使吊籠在作業時吸附於牆壁面或玻璃面上，並減少吊籠工作台在作業時之晃動、擺動並增強工作台的穩定，而降低吊籠的職業災害率，減少事故的發生。本計畫研發重點包括安全裝置雛型機之設計、製作與組裝，並加入互鎖之觀念設計。經過實際環境測試後，使用安全穩固裝置後，明顯的降低吊籠晃動搖擺的情況，降低搖晃之幅度達 45%～75%，效果良好。本安全穩固裝置屬外加式的安全輔助設備，具有容易安裝與維修特點，不影響原有機構功能，且所使用材料為市面上常見的零組件，因此低廉的材料成本將更具商品效益及實用性。研發安全穩固裝置雛型機，並不僅使用方便，更可增加作業安全，使吊籠高空作業所產生的職業災害不再發生，而對吊籠作業相關人員身體的健康及生命的安全有所貢獻。

The high-rise outdoor operations such as window washing, painting, reeling and maintenance normally require the use of gondola. Therefore, safety design features and ease of operation are of high concerns. Since gondola is hanging high above the support point, vibration, imbalance, shakiness caused by the activities or the unpredictable wind from the surrounding will result in unsafe conditions. Therefore, it is the focus of this study to develop a stabilizing device to promote safer high-rise outdoor operations of the gondola.
