Noise Reduction of Screw Production Equipment

本研究的目的在於改善螺絲產業的噪音污染源，希望能減少員工的職業傷害，提升其工作意願，從而提高生產品質。本研究針對兩種螺絲自動化生產中常用的設備，一是完成螺絲打頭機的噪音改善工程，一是完成螺絲輾牙機的噪音改善工程。本研究主要的研究項目包含檢測噪音、噪音源分析、改善方案研擬、材料購置、改善工程及改善後測試等項步驟，而主要成果在於將設備噪音由原來的數值降至對人體不產生傷害的程度。

The purpose of this study is to reduce the noise level of screw production equipment, which includes the header machine and the threader machine. Both machines are used frequently in the automatic screw production systems. The procedures of this study include noise measurement, noise source identification and analysis, design of improvement plans, preparation of materials, and implementation of noise reduction setups. This study achieves a lower noise level of screw producing equipment that is beneficial to the workers.
