空氣中胺基甲酸鹽類農藥同時檢測方法之建立

An Analytical Method for Carbamate Pesticides in Air Samples

本研究建立九種胺基甲酸鹽類農藥：加保利（Carbaryl）、加保扶（Carbofuran）、納乃 得（Methomyl）、安丹（Propoxur）、歐殺滅（Oxamyl）、治滅蝨（Metolcarb）、硫敵克 （Thiodicarb）、滅必蝨 （Isoprocarb）及滅賜克（Methiocarb），於 OVS-2 空氣採樣管為空氣採樣介質，以乙腈為萃取溶劑，並以高效液態層析儀附後反應器及螢光檢測器（HPLC-post column-Flu.）測定之分析方法，應用於農藥工廠作業環境監測之用。九種胺基甲酸鹽類農藥添加於採樣管上連續抽氣 4 小時，結果之回收率皆大於 81.36﹪，其變異係數亦小於 5.00﹪。將農藥添加於 OVS-2 空氣吸附管上進行 28 天貯存試驗， 冷藏貯存試驗時，加保扶、滅必蝨、納乃得、治滅蝨、硫敵克穩定性較好，貯存穩定度達二十八天；加保利、歐殺滅貯存穩定度達十四天；滅賜克、安丹貯存穩定度僅達七天。測定空氣中多種農藥含量其偵測極限相當於 1/1500~1/30 倍之公告容許濃度標準（PEL）。本分析方法可適用於九種胺基甲酸鹽類農藥作為實際農藥工廠作業環境測定及呼吸暴露量之評估用。

A sampling and analytical method for 9 carbamate pesticides using glass fiber filter, combined filter/XAD-2 with High Performance Liquid Chromatograph - post column reaction with fluorescence detector (HPLC-post column-Flu.) was developed. The method was evaluated for 9 carbamate pesticides suitable for environmental monitoring of pesticides manufacturing. The recovery of acetronitril extraction is very good. Using glass fiber filter and combined filter/XAD-2 sampler fitted with 9 pesticides. Additional experiments addressed long-term sample stability such as 28-day storage test fitted with Carbofuran, Isoprocarb, Methomyl, Metolcarb and Thiodicarb; 14-day storage test fitted with Carbaryl and Oxamyl. 7-day storage test fitted with Methiocarb and Prpoxur. Limits of detection, and concentration levels down to 1/1500 to 1/30 times a permission exposure limits (PEL) value were also studied. Based on this research, all 9 compounds studied can be successfully determined simultaneously using one method.
