國內大型事業單位勞工對安全衛生管理認知之研究

A Study of Safety and Health Management System Perception of Taiwanese Labors-size Enterprises

本研究主要是針對國內大型事業單位（僱用勞工數一百人以上，但不含營造業事業單位）進行抽樣調查了解其安全現況。就勞工教育程度、職務、工作輪班、工作年數等四項與對於政府推行之安全衛生活動滿意程度、是否知道勞工安全衛生法中勞工的權利、義務、是否知道公司參與勞工安全衛生活動等項目進行調查，之樞紐分析與卡方檢定，以檢定各個項目間是否有相關性。依調查分析結果，建議事業單位之主管人員加強廠內安全衛生設施以符合安全衛生法令標準，並提昇各級主管對安全衛生的重視。事業單位須實施安全衛生管理制度，不斷地檢討其工作場所的潛在危害，根據檢討結果來修正其安全衛生管理政策。

This study aims to explore the current safety situation in large-size enterprises, with more than one hundred employees excluding the construction industry, in Taiwan by questionaire survey. The survey contained questionnaires regarding the level of education of laborers, their positions, working hours, years of employment,perception of occupational health and safety activities promoted by the government, and their knowledge of requlatory heath and safety requirements…etc. Questionaires were sent to 1600 laborers, and 800 managers in these enterprises. All questionnaires were returned to the investigators. Based on the results of the analysis from the returned questionnaires, it is recommended that these largesize enterprises should enhance the awareness of health and safety regulations to comply with current labor health and safety regulation in Taiwan. Also, this survey shows that the management level needs to obtain more knowledge of health and safety at work. Finally, these enterprises should establish and continuously improve their occupational heath and safety management systems.
