醫院資材主管對醫療資材供應商物流服務需求要素及其相對重要度之研究

A Study of the Needs and Relative Importance of Inventory Control Managers in Hospital Logistics

本研究旨在探討醫院資材主管對醫療資材供應商物流服務需求要素及其 相對重要度之看法。以台灣地區以上醫院為研究對象，進行508 家醫院問卷調 查，以結構性問卷就醫院醫材物流應用情形、供應商服務需求要素進行重要 度調查，回收147 份有效問卷，回收率28.947 '其中已實施醫材物流作業共26 家醫院，問卷專家效度CVI 值0.84 以上， Cronbachα=0.75 。資料分析方法包 括敘述性統計、變異數分析等。研究結果整體醫院對醫材物流服務要素重要 度排行前三名分別為供貨穩定性（4.94+-O.26 ）、醫材品質（4.82+-0.47 ）、運 送時間的準確性（4.77 +-0.44） ；但各層級醫院對各項醫材物流服務要素之重 要度變數分析結果均未達顯著差異P > 0.05 。本研究結果可提供醫院產業選擇 供應商及醫材供應商發展理想物流服務策略的參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the needs and relative importance of Inventory Control Managers in hospital logistics. This description study surveid 508 hospitals in Taiwan with an effective return rate of 28.94%. There were 26 hospitals using hospital material logistics; the expert validity CVI was above 0.84 and cronbach=0.75. Conducting data analysis using ANOVA results showed that the three important needs of hospital logistics are: 1) the stability of supply (4.94 0.26); 2) the quality of material (4.82 0.47); 3) the accuracy of delivery (4.77 0.44). However, there was no significant difference between the needs and importance of material logistics in the hospital (P 0.05). The results of this study have identified the needs of material managers in hospitals to monitor the efficiency of material logistics.
