醫院整體來看,每科部間橫向的連繫'是管理者需面對的難題,需要有 好的企業文化來培養彼此間的默契,才能發揮整體協調一致的綜效。期望透 過建立醫療品質學習型組織計劃參與該專案來塑造最理想且最適合某院的組 織文化,經由內部講師的訓練及課程活動的推廣,讓組織成員融入學習,除 了共同學習如何學習,也增進彼此的親密與理解,使組織獲得人力資源管理 及知識管理的好處,讓組織文化的傳承更可收到好的效果。經由課後問卷結 果分析對課程設計的滿意平均值為4.13 '對講師的滿意平均值有4.15 及出席率 平均93.1% 得知學員對內部講師都有很大的認同,並經由轉換的滿意值4 .2 5 得 知課程的設計對學員有明顯的助益。
英文摘要
Inter-functional collaboration is always a critical challenge for managers in hospital. Appropriate organizational culture could incubate such collaboration that creates organizational synergies. We participated in the Project of Learning Organizational for Hospital Quality and expected to create an appropriate organizational culture. Series courses and trainings were initiated with internal lectures in which organizational members learned how to learn together and thus were more intimate with each other than before. The culture of learning and collaboration was transmitted to participants. It was beneficial for human resources and knowledge management. The results of data analysis demonstrated that participants were highly satisfied with courses and lectures. Means of satisfaction with courses and lectures were 4.13 and 4.15 with a Likert s 1-5 scale respectively. Present rates were 93.1 on average. Moreover, participants expressed that those courses and training were helpful for daily work. Means of transferability of courses were 4.25.
