The Application and Reflection of OSCE in Recruiting Community Health Nurses

客觀性結構式臨床技能測驗（Objective Structured Clinical Examination, OSCE）是醫學教育界公認有效的臨床能力測驗之一。本文陳述臺灣首創OSCE在公共衛生護理人員的甄審模式，從OSCE建置的11項步驟談起，並自實際執行後提出反思議題，期使本文內容可做為其他相關醫事人員甄審或培訓的參考。

Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) has been applied widely in the assessment of competence among health care professionals. The purpose of this article was to illustrate the process of establishing the OSCE recruiting model firstly used for community health nurses in Taiwan. There were eleven steps in the setting up OSCE recruiting model. Then the issues of reflection were also described. This article may provide the reference for recruiting or training the other health care professionals.
