病人之病安認知對病安配合態度之影響

The Influence of Patients’ Awareness on their Compliance towards Patient Safety

病人安全近幾年已成為產官學界的重要議題，現有病人安全相關文獻卻多僅從醫 療服務提供者的角度進行探討，未對醫療服務接受者進行研究；故本文回歸以病人安 全的主體（即病人）本身為研究對象，探討其病安認知對配合態度之影響進行實證。 本研究自行開發病人安全認知與配合態度之問卷，並以某醫院病人為樣本進行 實證；研究共發出問卷300份，回收有效問卷215份，有效問卷回收率71.6%。結構方 程式模式分析結果顯示：本研究自行開發之量測工具與理論架構有不錯之信效度與配 適度；而用藥安全、感染控制、辨識及正確性、預防跌倒、溝通互動、隱私安全對病 人之病安認知有正向而顯著之關係，且病安認知對病安配合態度亦有正向而顯著之影 響。

In recent years, patient safety has become an important concern for the government, academic and healthcare industry. However, the current literatures on patient safety focus on study based on healthcare providers’ perspective rather than from the patients’ perspective. Therefore, this study will focus on patients' awareness and its influence on the compliance towards patient safety. In this study, a total of 300 questionnaires were given out to the patients in a hospital. A total of 215 questionnaires were completed, achieving a rate of 71.6% responses. The structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis showed that the measurement of self-developed tools and theoretical framework had good reliability, validity and fit criteria. The results showed that the patients’ understanding on medication safety, infection control, correct identification, prevention of falls, communication and privacy had direct and positive correlation to patient safety. The results also showed that patient’s understanding on patient safety had a direct and positive correlation to patient’s compliance to their safety.
