從國外的經驗來看我國移植用組織庫的發展

The development transplantation tissue banks in Taiwan from the point view of other countries

相較於器官移植，同種異體組織的移植比較沒有急迫性，而移植用組織的來源也比較多，而且，同一個捐贈者的組織會移植到許多接受者身上，影響的層面比較廣，因此，移植用組織所要求的安全性和品質是要更為嚴謹，以確保組織移植接受者的安全性與不會受到傳染性疾病的感染。所以，歐美先進國家都是採用高規格的設施來處理移植用組織，甚至連亞太地區國民所得與醫療環境遠低我國的國家都設有現代化的組織庫。配合我國衛生署「人體器官保存庫管理辦法」的公告和實施，本文試著探討國外慘痛的經驗與移植用組織庫的發展，借鏡於他山之石，期望我國也能夠有高標準的移植用組織庫，讓我國的民眾能夠享有更具有安全性和高品質的移植用組織。

Tissue transplantation is usually not urgent surgery. Risk on disease transmission shall not be accepted since many tissues will be available. Furthermore, many tissues from a donor will be transplanted to numerous recipients. Therefore, to assure the quality about no disease transmission, processing, storage, distribution and traceability of the entire process, clean facility as well as quality system are adopted in many countries. This article reviews the experience and standards of tissue banks in other countries. Following implantation of our tissue bank management rule, we wish the safety and quality will be improved significantly.
