e-learning網路學習系統具有降低成本、即時性、便利性及彈性等優點,近年來中大型醫療機構陸續透過e-learning系統的導入來充實本身機構員工之本質學能,但員工對於使用e-learning系統的認知情形將影響e-learning的實施績效,本研究的目的在探討醫院不同專業之醫事人員對於利用e-learning系統的認知程度,分析醫事人員對於e-learning系統之操作介面及實施成效之看法。研究對象為中部某區域級醫院之醫事技術人員、護理人員、行政人員,針對醫院所推動之e-learning系統,以自擬式的結構性問卷並利用網路方式進行調查,研究母群體為988人,回收問卷共521份,有效回收率為5.7%。以參照單位Ridit分析方法探討醫事人員對於e-learning之操作介面及實施成效認知之分布情形。結果發現,不同組別之醫事人員,包括護理人員組、行政人員組與醫事技術人員之各項題項意見結果,對於“您認為現行線上學習課程符合您的需求”及“e-learning系統的操作介面容易使用”題項,均趨向不同意或非常不同意,且達到統計上之顯著差異(P<0.05),但不同組別之醫事人員在不同題項之同意與不同意意見之分布情形,並不相同,顯示有關線上學習(e-learning)的操作便利性仍有待加強,且不同領域之醫事專業人員對於e-learning的認知情形亦有不同。建議應針對醫事人員設計適當的e-learning系統且提昇操作介面的易用性,以提升醫事人員對於e-learning學習的接受程度及學習績效。
英文摘要
Using Ridit analysis to investigate the cognitive knowledge and attitude about the e-learning system of the medical personnel E-learning system is a new way of learning which has many advantages including reducing costs, real-time, convenience and flexibility, etc. Major medical institutions started to import the e-learning system to strengthen the abilities of the staff in recent years. The cognitive knowledge and attitude about the e-learning system of the staff will have significant impact on the effect of the e-learning system performance. The purpose of this study was to explore the cognitive knowledge and attitude about using the e-learning system between the different medical professional staff and analyzed the opinions of them for the user-friendly interface and the implementation effectiveness. The study sample came from the medical staff of one regional hospital in central Taiwan, including the medical technical staff, nursing staff, administrative staff, the researcher-developed structured questionnaire was administrated by internet was used to analyze the cognitive knowledge and attitude. The study population consists of 988 people and there are 521 effective questionnaires were gathered, the response rate is 52.7%, and the ridit analysis was employed for the statistical analysis for the data. It was found that the opinions tend towards Disagree and Strongly Disagree upon the items of “The e-learning classes can meet your need” and “the interface of the all of the e-learning system is user friendly” in three different groups of medical personnel and reached the statistically significant difference. (P<0.05) However, the distribution of the opinions topics is not the same between the different groups of medical personnel, the results showed that the it is necessary to enhance the user-friendly interface of the e-learning system to promote the acceptance of the medical personnel and the learning effectiveness of e-learning system.
