醫師與護理人員間知識共享模式之初探

Exploring the Model of Knowledge Sharing among Physicians and Nurses

本研究旨在探討醫護人員間知識共享的互動模式。研究對象為四位服務於醫學中心的醫師與護理人員；分析方法使用紮根理論。研究結果有以下幾點發現：第一，醫謢人員間知識管理的互動類型，可分成正式與非正式的方式。正式的互動包括在工作場合內（會議）；工作場合外（年會、年度研討會）。非正式則有休息時間的偶遇和私下請益等。第二，醫師間的知識共享多限制在相同職級或對下交流。護理人員間的知識共享以交班與護員教育訓練為主。醫護之間的知識共享為單向交流，以護理人員提供病情、醫師給予照護處置的指示為主，並無多餘專業知識的共享。

This study used grounded theory to analyze the transcripts from the interviews with samples including two physicians and two nurses selected from a medical center in Northern Taiwan, and discussed the models of knowledge sharing among physicians and nurses. The results show that the types of knowledge sharing can be divided into two categories for physicians and nurses, i.e. the formal and the informal. The formal knowledge sharing includes conferences held in working sites or annual workshops out of hospitals. Types of informal knowledge sharing consist of coincidently running into to conduct an inquiry during duty-off time and voluntary consultation among colleagues. Secondly, the knowledge sharing among physicians would be limited to those of the same rank or the communication between the senior and the junior. The interaction among physicians and nurses is the one-way knowledge sharing, while the contents mainly base on disease condition discussion and physicians’ prescription, yet it had scarcely seen extra professional knowledge sharing occurring.
