自我調節理論於慢性腎疾病血壓控制之應用

Application of the Self-Regulation Theory for Blood Pressure Control in Chronic Kidney Disease Patients

慢性腎疾病常居國人十大死因之一，嚴重威脅國人健康、耗費龐大醫療支出，造成公共衛生及醫療上的重擔。因此，延緩慢性腎疾病病程進展，避免提早進入透析階段，乃刻不容緩。本文以自我調節理論為概念架構來設計慢性腎臟疾病患者血壓控制方案。藉由血壓控制行為修正，將可使患者持續地控制疾病或延緩其病程之進展。

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) frequently appears on the list of top ten leading causes of death in Taiwan. This disease seriously threatens people's health, causes huge medical expenditures and places a heavy burden on the public health system as well as the medical community. Therefore, delaying the progression of CKD and avoiding early entry into the dialysis stage are urgent issues. In this article, we designed a blood pressure controlling protocol for CKD patients using the self-regulation theory. Through behavior modification of blood pressure control, this protocol will help patients to control their disease or at least delay the disease's progression.
