血液透析室病患焦慮程度改善之成效

Improvement in Anxiety for Patients in Hemodialysis Rooms

本專案目的是減輕病患在接受血液透析時焦慮程度，樣本數以南縣榮民醫院血液透析室病患為收案對象共65名，焦慮程度以魚骨圖呈現，導致焦慮主要原因「情境」、「環境」、「透析時間」作為改善重點，以「醫院焦慮量表」分析，以SPSS8.0統計軟體進行資料分析，統計方法為：百分比、平均值、標準差、t-檢定；得知病患改善前焦慮分數為5.47±4.67，經由控制情境－－「音樂治療」、「控制燈光」、控制環境－－「整齊」、「清潔」，來製造安靜輕鬆愉悅的環境，改善病患所承受的焦慮，相對感受透析時間輕鬆度過，改善復焦慮分數為4.23±3.95，降低焦慮分數1.24；以t檢定結果顯示t=4.19，p值為0.000，呈現顯著性差異。藉由此專案有效的降低病患焦慮困擾，進而恢復身心的平衡，提升生活品質。

The purpose of this project is to reduce the anxiety that patients face while undergoing hemodialysis. There are 65 samples from the hemodialysis room in the Veteran Hospital of Tainan County. The degree of anxiety is shown in the fish bone diagram. The main causes of anxiety are situational, environmental, and dialysis duration. The study included the use of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale. The data was processed with SPSS8.0 and shown as a percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The score before the study began was 5.47±4.67. After changing the room by adding music therapy, lighting control, and environmental improvements to make a quiet, relaxed environment, the anxiety level in patients was reduced. The score after the changes was 4.23±3.95 or 1.24 lower than the previous measurement. The result of t-test is t=4.19 with p=0.000. This is a significant difference. This project can help effectively reduce patients' anxiety, and raise their quality of life.
