一位血液透析個案罹患膀胱癌手術後之護理經驗

The Bladder Cancer Post Operation Nursing Experience of the Hemodialysis Patient

本篇為筆者面對一位多年的血液透析患者其合併膀胱癌手術後的護理經驗，護理期間自91年2月27日至3月11日止，筆者以十一項健康型態之分類學(Typology of eleven functional health patterns)評估發現個案於住院期間主要的護理問題有：營養不良、活動無耐力、便秘及無力感。針對問題所在，護理重點主要是營養攝取指導、協助手術後下床活動、緩解便秘困擾及克服情緒低落以引導個案超越人生的無力感，提昇生活品質。

The article examines the application of the “Typology of Gordon Eleven Functional Health Patterns.” The nursing diagnosis found the patient’s nutrition altered: less then body requirements, activity intolerance, constipation and powerlessness. This patient was provided with nutrition absorption education assistance, post operation activity, constipation obsession and overcoming depression to assist this patient in overtaking the powerlessness in life and increase the life quality of the patient.
