Social networking is a network of social community, in which the content regulation is not only for the maintenance of its own community environment, but also an integration of users’social behavior norms in this network. Having experienced the stages from following-in to self-contained in its development, Chinese social network platforms has evolved their own online dispute resolution system, as an innovation in the growth of E-commerce. It has becoming important part of its healthy development for social networking platforms to maintain healthful and clean network environment, and to establish a virtuous platform governance mechanism. Nowadays, those platforms solve massive disputes in that field through creating community regulations, which would also be of certain reference value to E-commerce legislation at this stage. |
