關於知識產權案件審判的幾點思考

近年來，我國知識產權案件數量快速增長，知識產權案件審判發展也十分迅速。隨著各種新技術的發展，知識產權案件審判所面臨的新問題更是層出不窮。面對這樣的挑戰，解決好紛繁复雜的案件需要回歸基本概念和原理、綜合考慮法律適用問題，並適當借鑒和吸收一些域外的先進經驗。

In recent years, the number of intellectual property cases in China has increased rapidly. With the development of the technologies, there are always new problems accruing at different cases. In order to resolve these conlficts, the best way is to go back to the basic principles of the intellectual property law, also to learn from IP advance countries’ experience.
