The Commercialization of University Patents: International Trends and Recommendation

高校專利技術商業化對於我國轉變經濟發展方式，實現創新驅動發展戰略具有重要意義。但是，在我國高校專利技術商業化過程中，存在一些比較突出的問題。參考國際上高校專利技術商業化的理論研究與最新實踐，未來我國可從加大投入、深化分類評價改革、建立多元中介服務、出台法律保障、構建良好創業生態系統、加強人才培養等方面來加快我國高校專利技術的商業化。

The commercialization University patents play an important role in implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development of our country. There are several highlighted issues emerged from the commercialization of University Patents in China. Based on the new trends and lasted practice, China should promote the commercialization of University patents from the following aspects: to increase investment, to deep the reform of classified evaluation, to establish multiple intermediary services, to enact legislation, to establish the good ecological system, to strengthen personnel training and others.
