台灣護理主管對「全球化」的看法及其反思

Nurse Administrators' Viewpoints and Reactions Toward Globalization of Nursing in Taiwan

國際化及兩岸三地頻繁交流，科技與資訊發達，使台灣護理界對「全球化」有開闊視野。本研究目的即在瞭解台灣護理主管對全球化的看法及反思，以做為未來發展之參考。本研究採質性研究設計，以焦點團體收集資料，及內容分析彙整資料。透過全國聯合會、公會及醫院護理部主任協助，從全國北、中、南、東各邀請2家醫院負責護理人力管理之主管共34人參與。焦點團體在四區各進行l場，每場6~10人，每次2小時。團體進行前先擬定座談指引並通過人體試驗委員會審核。資料分析後，歸納出「全球化」含放眼天下、超越地域、對等互惠、融合共好、文化環境形塑五個主題。建議結論與實務應用：政府及護理界宜廣開平台，擬訂相關法規制度，透過積極有計劃的策略，有效主導護理界「全球化」發展的深入與落實。

Through often interactive exchanges with the nursing professionals in Mainland China, and other countries, in addition to the advancements in information technology, the nurses in Taiwan have a broader vision about so-called 'globalization.' This study describes the nurse administrators' viewpoints and reflections on the 'globalization' in Taiwan. A group called 'core committee' was formed for the research purpose in nursing field. Thirty-four committee members are the leaders or senior nursing personnel of eight main hospitals in Taiwan. The interview guide was drafted by a research team and was reviewed by the committee members. The five focused themes of globalization were being open-minded, going beyond geographical areas, coordinating reciprocal benefit, communicating harmoniously, and shaping a cultural environment. Nursing administrators think that the Taiwanese government and the nursing professionals should expand nursing to the globalized level in Taiwan, establishing the globalization of nursing-related policies and procedures through proactively planned strategies and leading nursing professionals toward the goal of the globalization of nursing effectively and efficiently.
