對物權法草案公開征求意見稿的修改意見

物權法草案（征求意見稿）較第二次審議稿有了較大改進，但仍然存在諸多不足。草案在物權主體、物權定義、物權保護、征收制度、不同主體動產與不動產的範圍與行使和訴訟時效等問題的規定都有一些缺陷，作者針對這些問題進行分析並提出了自己的建議和看法。

Although Real Right Law Draft (The Third Draft for Examination and Approval) has made progress apparently in comparison to The Second Draft of Real Right Law, there are still many incorrect regulations concerning the subject of real right, the definition of real right, the protection methods of real right, the system of expropriation, the scope and exertion of different subjects’ property and system of limitation. The author analyzed these questions and provides his own proposals and opinions.
