寫在未有民法典之前

在經歷了起伏、斷續之後，制定中國的民法典再次被提上議事日程。然而在制定宏大的法典之前，如何協調、平衡種種舶來的理論，以及理論與現實生活之間的微妙關系，恰是需要學界認真考慮的問題。

After the twists and turns, it is again o n the schedule to draft our civil code. But, before we start, it must be well considered how to coordinate and balance the subtle relationship of the various exotic theories and that of theory and reality.
