新移民子女學業成就與學習態度低落嗎？個案學校新移民子女與本國籍配偶子女之比較

The Analysis of Educational Attainment and Learning Attitude of Second-generation Immigrants and Mothers with Taiwanese Nationality

本研究旨在探討新移民子女學業成就以及學習態度之現況與差異情形。首先，探討新移民子女學業成就與學習態度之相關文獻，並將其歸納與分析。其次，考量經濟、人力因素、蒐集資料與取樣之可行性，選擇一所個案學校，以103學年度就讀之全校學生（299人）為研究對象，蒐集學生之學期成績與教師評語，進一步分析新移民子女學習成就與學習態度是否與本國籍配偶子女有所差異。研究發現：（1）新移民子女的學業成就與臺灣一般學生沒有顯著差異；（2）大陸籍、東南亞籍配偶子女與本國籍配偶子女學業成就並未存在差異；（3）新移民子女的學習態度與臺灣一般學生未存在落差；（4）學生學習態度對學業成就具預測力；（5）新移民子女學習態度對學業成就的影響大於本國籍配偶子女學習態度對學業成就的影響。最後根據蒐集到的資料提出建議，供教育單位了解教育現場實況。

Children with foreign parent accounted for 12% of elementary school students in 2014 academic year in Taiwan. Their learning achievements and learning attitude have become a rising concern in school education. The main purpose of this study was to explore the educational attainment and learning attitude of second-generation immigrants. First， collect literatures about achievement of children and learning attitude with foreign parent to analyze and generalize. Second， the researcher collects academic achievement and comment of students in the school to analyze the achievement and learning attitude of children with foreign parent. The study findings may serve as a guide for further studies on educational attainments.
