質化賽局與兩岸關係研究

The Qualitative Game Theory and the Study of Cross-Strait Relations

本文之研究動機與目的試圖將質化研究等方法應用於賽局理論，並用質化賽局分析與研究兩岸關係。本文擬在賽局理論之邏輯基礎嘗試拋磚引玉，以發展質化賽局之數學極小化論證模式。本文質化賽局基礎擬建立於：理性、最大利益追求、最佳策略、均衡點等概念之推演，這四者是四位一體的，就賽局理論假設而言，賽局者尤其是政府等公權力行為者，總是操持最佳策略以追求最大利益的理性人且最終會與對手達成某種均衡。

The incentive and purpose of this paper are to apply qualitative method to the study of the game theory, and it will apply qualitativegametheory to study the cross-Strait relations. Although this paper is based on the logic of the game theory, it will develop the model of minimum mathematics within the game theory. It develops the basic model in comparison with the qualitative game theory whose logic is based on rationality, maximum-benefit seeking, dominant strategy and equilibrium, the four concepts as one. The assumption of the game theory asserts that the players are always rational men, especially the government and its behaviors with public power, to exert the dominant strategy for seeking the maximum-benefit that will shape the equilibrium finally.
