The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship among elementary school principal’s positive traits, sustainable successful leadership and leadership effectiveness. Questionnaire survey was used. And, this study used structural equation modeling with prospective data to test for model fit. The findings indicate that the principals’ positive traits and sustainable successful leadership positively affects leadership effectiveness. Besides, principal’s positive traits will indirectly influence leadership effectiveness by way of sustainable successful leadership. The results suggest that the principal should implement principal’s positive traits to accelerate sustainable successful leadership in order to improve the whole leadership effectiveness. |
