成人學習的理論

The Theories of Adult Learning

本文旨在探討現有之成人學習理論，以提供幫助成人學習之參考。首先探討學習理論的意義，並提出建立成人學習理論的三種模式；其次對學習理論發展的情形作簡要的追述，並分析其他社會科學對成人學習理論發展的貢獻；第三部份為介紹目前主要的成人學習理論，包括成人教育學(andragogy)的理論、人本理論、發展理論、行為主義及學習者特性的模式，並分別予以詳述之。

This article is to discuss the theories of adult learning, with the hope to raise some main principles to help adult learning. First, the article discusses the meaning of the learning theories and present three modes to build-up the theories of adult learning; Secondly, it decribes the history of the development in the theories of adult learning and analyzes the contributions to this development from other social sciences; and thirdly, the article introduces and comments on the content of some contemporary theories of adult learning, including the theory of andragogy，humanistic theories, development theories, behaviorism and the characteristic of aduits as learners.
