The Outpatient's Attendance Shows Initiative to Improve the Outpatient's Privacies for the Outpatient's Service in a Medical Center

門診病人就醫過程隱私權的維護是跟診人員在執行照護過程中，必須重視的課題。經調查發現門診病人看診過程，隱私作業維護問題有：跟診人員執行隱私作業認知正確率達66.9%，行為觀測執行率達57.7%，診室設備完整性僅達51.4%，且發現協助門診病人看診標準作業規範，有關病人隱私維護內容不完整，經上述分析及文獻查證後，進行解決方案：增修訂協助門診病人看診標準作業規範（病人隱私維護作業）、舉辦教育訓練及模擬演練、增設診室設備。專案改善結果：跟診人員認知正確率提升至94.2%，行為觀測執行率達93%，診室設備完整性達100%，並建立隱私作業標準。顯示本專案成效顯著，其結果有助於其他醫院提升門診病人看診隱私之品質。Maintenance of privacies is a vital process while the outpatient's attendance is looking after outpatients. We explored the issues of the privacies' maintenance in attendance on the outpatients through the exhaustive investigation. The ratio of the good sense for the outpatient's privacies of the reasonable accuracy is 66.9%. The ratio of the conduct for maintenance of the outpatient's privacies reached 57.7% to observe the proprieties of the outpatient's attendance. The ratio of the integrity for the facilities of the privacies' maintenance was only 51.4% in a clinic. The main issue was that the standard code for looking after outpatients gave an incomplete account of outpatient's privacies. We investigated and verified the data about the analysis and literature of the outpatient's privacies, and then found the solved scheme. The standard code was amended to increase the proprieties of the privacies' maintenance while the outpatient's attendance was looking after outpatients. The outpatient's attendance was given some education and training of the privacies' maintenance for outpatients. The clinic was repaired and built the facilities of the privacies' maintenance. This project presented a great improvement to us. The ratio of the sense for the outpatient's privacies of the reasonable accuracy was raised to 94.2%. The ratio of the conduct for maintenance of the outpatient's privacies was 93% for the proprieties of the outpatient's attendance. The ratio of the integrity for the facilities of the privacies' maintenance reached 100% in the clinic. The apparatus integrality of consulting room reached 100%. The standard code was built for the proprieties of the privacies' maintenance. The remarkable achievement of this project facilitates to improve the quality of privacies for outpatients of other hospitals.
