身體心像紊亂之概念分析

Concept Analysis of Body Image Disturbance

當病患感受到身體形像因疾病或治療有所改變，且其「現實我」和腦海中的「理想我」有很大的落差的時候，就可能發生「身體心像紊亂」及低自尊問題。本文依據Walker和Avant（2005）所提出的概念分析步驟，來對身體心像紊亂進行概念分析，以釐清「身體心像紊亂」的定義，提出典型、邊緣及相反案例加以說明界定性特徵，並分析「身體心像紊亂」的前因後果，列舉測量工具，期能幫助護理人員更清楚的瞭解此概念，進而應用於護理專業領域中，協助病患重建正向的身體心像。Body image disturbance and low self-esteem could take place when a patient perceived his body figure changed by a disease or treatment and the great difference between real-self and idea-self. Following the steps developed by Walker and Avant (2005), the concept analysis of body image disturbance was proceeded. The aims of concept analysis of body image disturbance were to clarify the definition, to determine the defining attributes with model case and additional cases, to identify antecedents and consequences, and to list the instrument. The results were expected to help nurses understand the concept of body image disturbance deeply and use strategies to assist patients reconstructing positive body image.
