一位先天性心臟病手術後病嬰母親關注行為之護理

Concern Behavior in A Mother Having a Baby with Congenital Heart Disease Undergoing Surgical Repair

本報告為探討一位照顧二個月大之先天性心臟病手術後病嬰母親之行為表現，資料蒐集採田野研究法，筆者於89 年2 月29 日至3 月31 日護理期間參與病嬰及母親的照顧過程，根據五篇行為過程記錄及四篇出院電話訪談記錄，以內容分析法歸納整理。結果發現母親的關注內容以病嬰生理功能最多，其次是餵食問題。而個案的關注行為以表達性行為最多，其次為尋求性行為。提供護理措施： （一）同理並接受其情緒（二） .指導居家照護技巧（三） .協助尋求支援系統（四）提供相關社會資源。以協助母親執行其母性任務。This case report was conducted by the field method approach.The writer was the primary nurse who take care of the baby with congenital heart disease having surgical repairment. Content analysis was applied to exame the baby’s mother with five processes recording reports in the ward and four telephone follow-up reports taken after the baby discharge. The most important concemof the mother was vital signs, followedby the feeding problem. The most concemed behavior of the mother was expressive behavior, and seeking behavior was the second. The nursing interventions inc1ude: 1. To empathize and accept emotional responses of the mother. 2. To provide the home care skills for the baby with congenital heart disease. 3. To help the mother to find a support system. 4. To consult with the social worker for assistance. These interventions were aimed at helping the mother to take her responsibility.
