目的:探討衰竭運動後,以振動式動態恢復(BVAR)、動態恢復(AR)、振動恢復(VR)、以及靜態恢復(SR),對衰竭運動後血乳酸(BLA)清除的影響。方法:以10名自願參與實驗之大學生為對象,受試者先在跑步機上進行最大攝氧量(V.O2max)測驗後,再依據平衡次序方式分別進行四次110%vV.O2max運動強度跑步至衰竭(每次間隔24小時),衰竭後分別進行BVAR(強度35%V.O2max、振幅為速度的1%、40Hz)、AR(35%V.O2max)、VR(1mm、20Hz)、SR各15分鐘。 衰竭運動後恢復期的第15分鐘時,BLA濃度在BVAR(6.41±1.98mmol/L)、AR(4.96±1.84mmol/L)顯著低於SR(8.68±2.71mmol/L),AR顯著低於VR(7.38±2.03mmol/L)。 Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of whole body vibration combined with active recovery (BVAR), active recovery (AR), vibration recovery (VR), and static recovery (SR) on blood lactic acid (BLA) clearance after an exhaustive exercise. Methods: Ten college students (19.4 ± 0.7 yrs, 174.5 ± 6.0 cm, 65.7 ± 8.00 kg) voluntarily participated in this study on two different occasions. First, each participant took the maximal oxygen uptake (V.O2max) test on the treadmill. Second, they took 4 times of running-to-exhaustion tests separated by 24 hours with an intensity of 110% vV.O2max (velocity at V.O2max) in a counterbalanced design. After exhaustion, the participants took 15 minutes of BVAR (intensity: 35% V.O2max, vibration amplitude: 1% of velocity, frequency: 40Hz), AR (intensity: 35% V.O2max), VR (vibration amplitude: 1mm, frequency: 20Hz) and SR. The heart rate (HR), oxygen uptake (V.O2) and BLA were collected at the last minute of each phases that before tests and immediately, at the 0 5th, 10th, 15th minute of recovering. The HR, V.O2 at each recovery phase were analyzed by repeated measures one-way ANOVA followed by a LSD post hoc test in which difference was significant. Repeated measures one-way ANCOVA was used to compare the BLA in different recovery ways. Results: Through comparing the HR and V.O2 after exhaustion, this study showed the 4 trials had similar levels of exhaustion. As our expection, both of HR and V.O2 in BVAR and AR were significantly higher than in VR and SR. In recovering from exhaustion, the BLA of the 15th minute in BVAR (6.41 ± 1.98 mmol/L) and AR (4.96 ± 1.84 mmol/L) were significantly lower than in SR (8.68 ± 2.71 mmol/L). And the BLA in AR was significantly lower than in VR (7.38 ± 2.03 mmol/L). Conclusions: BVAR and AR may be beneficial to the BLA clearance rate after an exhausted exercise. However, the effect of VR on the BLA clearance is similar to SR. Therefore, whole body vibration could not improve the BLA clearance in resting or active state after an exhausted exercise. |
