目的:本研究的目的為:一、瞭解空氣槍選手擊發前30秒至擊發後10秒之心跳變化情形。二、比較不同技術層次空氣槍選手運動表現及擊發前30秒至擊發後10秒之心跳率變化。方法:參與者為13名國內空氣槍選手,依據成績表現分為高技能組與一般組。研究設計是以無線遙測心電儀記錄選手在運動進行時之心跳率變化情形,所得資料分別以平均數、t檢定分析進行統計考驗。結果:一、高技能組空氣槍選手射擊成績(284.4±2.2分)顯著優於一般組空氣槍選手(273.6±3.1分)。二、二種技術層次空氣槍選手擊發前心跳在擊發前30秒及擊發後10秒(21個時間視窗)之差異性考驗,經由獨立樣本t檢定考驗的結果顯示:高技能組之空氣槍選手在擊發前11個時間視窗、擊發時及擊發後2個視窗之心跳率顯著低於一般組空氣槍選手。結論:高技能組空氣槍選手整體之心跳率變化平均值低於一般技能組選手,顯示高技能組選手是以較穩定的身體狀態執行射擊動作,並且在運動表現上優於一般組空氣槍選手。Purposes: This study was two-fold. First, to reveal the variance of heart rate on the pre 30 second and post 10 second of pistol shooting. Second, to compare the heart rate between experts and non-experts. Method: Thirteen pistol athletes were recruited in current study. Based on the participated sport time shooters expert and non-expert groups. Wireless electrocardiographic (ECG) machine was used to detect the variance of shooters' heart rate during the preparative state. The collected data were analyzed by t-test. Results: 1. The shooting performance of expert (284.4 ± 2.2 point) group was higher than non-expert (273.6 ± 3.1 point). 2. T-test revealed high skill level group has lower HR than general skill group at 11 pre-shoot time windows, shooting time and post-shoot time windows. Conclusion: The mean heart rate variance of expert pistol shooter was lower than the non-expert group that indicative expert shooter was under a more stable condition to execute the shooting motion. |
