本研究主要探討大專排球選手所知覺教練領導、團隊文化價值觀及團隊承諾的差異情形及三者的關係。依據本研究目的以參加九十學年度大專排球聯賽中第一級男女排球代表隊之各隊隊員共219位為研究對象。並以「運動團隊文化與教練領導問卷」為研究工具進行調查,再依調查所得之資料以SPSS10.0進行統計分析,本研究之研究結果如下:一、家長式教練領導、團隊文化價值觀及團隊承諾之間有相關。二、教練的才德領導、仁慈領導越高,運動員在情感上會愈認同團隊,而愈願意留在團隊。而教練的威權領導行為愈高,愈會形成運動員是為了個人利益而留在團隊。The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among the coach leadership, team culture and team commitment. Survey researches were the primary method of this study. The subjects were 219 first-level male and female volleyball players participating in 2001 University Volleyball Games. The research instrument was The Team Culture and Coach Leadership Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS10.0. Major findings of the study included: 1 The paternalistic leadership, team-cultural values and team promis are related. 2. The coach's morale leadership tended to couse player's emotional recognition toward team itself and to value team cooperation and teamspirit. The coach's anthority leadership the player possessing instrument promise tended to stay at team due to personal benefits. |
