本研究試以體能商(Physical Fitness Quotient,PFQ)的理論架構,進行青少年體能商之發展的調查研究。為提高受測青少年的代表性,本實驗的研究對象抽樣選自北、中、南、東各一所國民小學(四至六年級)與國民中學(一至三年級),進行每一年級各兩個班級學生的各項體能檢測。經過實際檢測後,整理呈現青少年的體能商檢測結果、各項體能要素的評量得分結果、體能要素的整合評量得分結果。本研究透過體能商的理論基礎,建立10至15歲青少年男女的體能商常模,以單一的量化數據來評量,達到依據體能商評量青少年運動潛能的目的;再者,體能商除了可以用來作為選才的依據之外,還可以用來瞭解學生的身體運動能力,透過適當的身體教育,達到維護身體機能與健康的目的,藉以選擇適合個人的運動項目,發展自己的運動天賦。The purpose of this research is to investigate the development of Physical Fitness Quotient (PFQ) of young boys and girls based on PFQ theory. In order to establish an effective database, the research subjects are chosen from 10 to 15 years old boys and girls of one of school in northern, middle, southern and eastern Taiwan for assorted physical fitness tests. Resulting of PFQ test, physical elements test and multiple physical elements test are used to establish a normalized data of young boys and girls from 10 to 15 years old, and evaluate by simple systematized number for sports talent identification of potential young boys and girls according to PFQ, suggests that the PFQ may be used to severe as an effective mean for sports talent identification. Adopting appropriate physical education to achieve the purpose of maintaining physical function and healthy, and choose personal suitable exercise items to development physical capability. |
