本研究旨在瞭解不同背景國小體育教師理想角色知覺之現況及比較體育教師與一般教師對國小體育教師理想角色知覺之差異。本研究採用自編問卷調查國小教師743位,經分析後,獲得出以下發現:(一)國小體育教師理想角色知覺內涵排序為「教學、評量」、「課程發展」、「行政、管理」、「服務、輔導」、「研究、進修」、「運動教練」,其中「教學、評量」、「課程發展」兩層面屬高期望,其餘各層面屬中期望;(二)國小體育教師對自身之理想角色在總層面上,科任老師高於級任老師,服務學校規模25-48班高於24班以下和72班以上之學校;(三)國小體育教師與一般教師在角色知覺內涵排序上存有一致性(rs=.943;τ=.867);(四)國小一般教師對體育教師理想角色在運動教練層面上之期望高於體育教師。本研究建議未來可從事體育教師實際角色知覺及行為,或理想角色與實際角色知覺差距等方面之研究。The purposes of the study were to survey the status of ideal role perception of Elementary Physical Education Teachers (EPETs) with different background, and to compare the ideal role perception between EPETs and Elementary General Teachers (EGTs). According to the literature research and pilot study, an 'EPET Role Perception Questionnaire' was made, and 743 samples were surveyed, using this questionnaire. The data was statistically analyzed , and the conclusion were as follows: 1.The precedence of EPETs' ideal role component perception were 'Teaching and Assessment', 'Curriculum Development', 'Administration and Management', 'Service and Consultation', 'Research and Further study' and 'Coaching', in which the 'Teaching and Assessment' and 'Curriculum Development' were belong to 'high level expectation', and the rests were 'medium level expectation'. 2.The points of the ideal role perception of specialist EPETs' were significantly higher than the non-specialist EPETs', and the service schools which size were between 25-48 classes was significantly higher than the schools which size were under 24 classes and over 72 classes. 3.There was consistency with the precedence of role component perception between EPETs and EGTs (rs=.943; τ=.867). 4.On the 'Coaching' dimension, the points of EGTs' ideal role perception were significantly higher than EPETs'. According to the conclusion, the recommendation for the future study was to survey the actual role perception and role behavior of EPETs, and to discuss the discrepancy of perception between ideal and actual role. |
