本研究之主要目的在探討壘球選手使用重棒揮擊熱身對比賽時揮擊速度之立即性影響。以五名大專甲組女子壘球隊員為受試對象。實驗內容分成兩部分,其一是分別揮擊重棒5、10次後,隨即做正常棒揮擊測試,休息兩分鐘後,再測試正常棒揮擊速度;另一為口頭詢問之調查。研究結果顯示:選手使用重棒揮擊5次後之正常棒揮擊最大合速度與正常棒之參考值,經ANOVA統計結果(F(1,4)=9.28,p<.05),有顯著差異,且使用重棒揮擊5次後之正常棒揮擊最大合速度優於正常棒之參考值。而使用重棒揮擊10次後的立即揮擊之最大合速度未達顯著水準。此外,經過兩分鐘休息後之正常棒揮擊,其揮擊最大合速度又恢復趨近於正常棒之揮擊速度,揮擊優勢存在,但有明顯下滑的趨勢。依據上述之研究,使用重棒熱身揮擊對立即揮棒速度有顯著的幫助,另基於心理層面的考量,建議選手可以在賽前使用重棒做熱身揮擊。The purpose of this study was to investigate the immediate effects of warm up by overweight bat implement on bat swing velocity. Five collegiate softball female players were participated in this study. The experiment processed by following steps: first, swing official-bat without overweight warm up, then swing official-bat after 5,10 times warm up by overweight-bat swinging. And then swing official-bat again after 2-minutes rest. All the official-bat swinging was recorded by 3-D cinematograph. At the last, the simple oral survey will be used to investigate this study. The results were analyzed by repeated measures one-way ANOVA. After the result was analyzed, the results were described as following: the maximal velocity of official-bat swing after 5 time warm up by overweight bat was significant greater than the swing without warm up (F (1,4) =9.28,p<.05), and the maximal velocity of official-bat swing after 10 time warm up by overweight bat had the trend of increasing but had no significant difference compared to swing without warm up. Besides, the maximal velocity of official-bat swinging again after 2-minutes rest was decreased to the level of swinging before warm up. The results suggest that the effects of warm up with overweight are benefits to the velocity of immediately swinging. And based on psychological aspect, the players also are suggested to warm up by overweight-bat before hitting the ball. |
