本研究是以373名之大學女性新生(身高159.21±5.16公分,體重51.17±6.92公斤)為研究對象,分別給予重高指數(weight-for-length index,簡稱WLI)測量和健康體能測驗,並且依據重高指數區分成三組,分別為偏低組(0.89與0.89以下;102人)、正常組(0.90-1.09;213人)、偏高組(1.10與1.10以上;58人)。根據測驗所得資料,經由單因子變異數分析,得到以下之結果:一、在柔軟性表現上,於不同重高指數各組間沒有顯著的差異。二、BMI(身體質量指數)在不同重高指數各兩組間,都有顯著之差異(p<.05)。三、在腹肌耐力之表現上,重高指數正常組顯著優於偏低組(p<.05);正常組與偏高組間,以及偏低組與偏高組間,則沒有顯著之差異。四、在瞬發力之表現上,重高指數偏低組與正常組,分別顯著優於偏高組(p<.05);偏低組與正常組則沒有顯著之差異。五、在心肺耐力之表現上,重高指數偏低組與正常組,分別顯著優於偏高組(p<.05);偏低組與正常組則沒有顯著之差異。The subjects of this research were 373 college female freshmen ( 159.21±5.16 cm in height and 51.17±6.92 kg in weight). After measuring health-related physical fitness, they were divided into 3 groups, i.e., the bottom class (at or below 0.89, 102 persons), the normal class (0.90-1.09, 213 persons) and the top class (at 1.10 or more, 58 persons) according to the weight-for-length indexes (WLI). The results, after being analyzed through one-way ANOVA, was as follows.1. In flexibility performance there was no significant difference among the three groups. 2. There was significant difference in BMI between the bottom class and the normal class, the normal class and the top class, the bottom class and the top class (p<.05). 3. In abdominal performance the normal weight-for-length index class was significantly better than the bottom class(p<.05). However, there wasn't any significant difference between the normal class and the top class. Neither was it between the bottom class and the top class.4.In anaerobic power performance the bottom and normal weight-for-length index classes were significantly better than the top class(p<.05). There was no significant difference between the bottom class and the normal class.5. In cardiorespiratory endurance performance the bottom and normal weight-for-length index classes were significantly better than the top class (p<.05).There was no significant difference between the bottom class and the normal class. |
